Making a Claim on Argos Pet Insurance

The Argos claims process can be done in five very simple steps, and they are clearly outlined and explained on their website. To give you an idea of how their process works, we have listed the steps here for you to take a look at.

#1 Check your policy to make sure that your claim is covered by your insurance.

If you are unsure, you can always call the number that you are provided with once you have purchased insurance from them.

#2 Fill in your claims form. You can find this online and download it before printing it out.

You can also call them up to fill in the form, or send them an email so that one can be sent to you electronically or by post.

#3 Next, you need to ask your vet to fill in the relevant sections of the form. Once this is done, you can post it back to Argos using the provided postal address.

#4 Your claim will not be processed. This tends to take five working days, but it can take up to 15.

#5 Once your claim has been approved, they will either pay you (minus excess) or your vet if you have a prior arrangement – leaving you to pay them the excess directly.

  • Good excess rates with the choice of further voluntary excess.
  • Reasonable prices across all policies.

Argos Pet Insurance Discount Codes

Argos do have an option for promotional codes when you go to get a quote from them. We did search the web and the most popular discount code websites, but we could not find any that were valid for July 2017.

However, it is probably a good idea to sign up for their newsletter and keep your eyes open for any future promotional codes.

They also have a 10% multi-pet discount, so that if you live in a household with quite a few furry friends, they can all benefit from cover at a lower price.

This is something that a number of insurance companies provide, and it is great for saving money each month or on your annual payments.

In addition to this, you can also receive a gift card for Argos if you quote CARD12 when you go to get your insurance quote.

This is great if you want to pick up a few pet supplies, or just need the voucher to buy a few pieces for your home. This offer is running as of July 2017, with no specified end date.

Customer Reviews

Argos do not have a large number of online reviews, and it can actually be a little tricky to find customer opinions for this insurance company.

As a result, it is not very easy to judge how good a provider Argos is based on past experiences that customers have had.

However, it is still important to see what the customers that did review think of their service, and so we have gathered them here for you to take a look at:

  • Pet Insurance Review has rated it at 2.6/5 with around 30 customer reviews.
  • Money has rated it at 4.1/5 stars with several hundred customer reviews.
